Credits are our usage currency. Text and image inputs cost 1 credit each. Voice input costs 3 credits per minute.
Why does voice cost more?
Voice input requires real-time audio processing and transcription, which uses more computational resources. The per-minute pricing ensures fair usage.
Do unused credits roll over?
No, credits reset at the start of each billing cycle. We encourage you to use your full allocation each month.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes! You can change your plan at any time. When upgrading, you get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the next billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure payment processor, Stripe.
Is there a refund policy?

Free users get Gemini 2.0 Flash and GPT-4o mini. Pro users unlock all Gemini Flash models plus GPT-4.1 mini. Premium users get access to all models including Gemini Pro and GPT-4.1.
Can I use Yarnie offline?
No, Yarnie requires an internet connection to process your requests through our AI providers. Your audio and text are processed in real-time and not stored.
